I thought HW attended the Leiden tournament and was banned later by the CSVN committee after the CSVN committee met to consider his poor behaviour? Then, later, there were some backtracking and withdrawals on both sides and he was unbanned. So far so good, matter could have been dropped, but, narcissistically, HW then upped his demands and made further demands (designed to be unacceptable) so as to launch a campaign to remove C de G from the CSVN.

Actually it is this heavy attack, with interventions from Ban, Levy and Uniacke? that suggest there's more to this than revealed so far.
