They were banned on Playchess for breaking the rules on Playuchess. Cock broke the rules there and the Junior licence.I did not ban him however because i dared to tell him he broke the rules he banned me, It is funny but not as funny as your agenda.

No rule was ever broken, but you and your friends at Playchess ended up muting and banning several people who called out the wrong -- to the point where another of your friend (a sysop) who also happens to be a police office (or former) in the same State as another user started to make threats. This was all public in the forums back in Nov/Dec, 2009. With both accounts rendered useless, I stopped using PlayChess. Lets not get besides ourselves here when it comes to abuse of position at Playchess.

That being said, if from what I've read so far is accurate, then Mr. Cock de Gorter ought to apologize and get this thing behind. May be you can extend an apology as well Harvey, though I hold no hard feelings...
