Rybka won rounds 6 and 7 (but against weak programs with 0 points so far).
Interesting will be round 8 and round 9, because Rybka has to play against Junior and in round 9 against Shredder.
In Round 6 played Rondo vs. Shredder. What is the Result?

Peace be with you!

Rondo and Rybka won their 7th round games as well, and are tied for first with 6/7.
Rondo and Shredder are tied for first in the software championship, with 3.5/4.

Re: WCCC underway
Thanks.
Shredder played the strange 5. Qc7, which brought Rondo out of book quite quickly. Rondo was happy though.

Thank You!
My opinion: Poor Opening of Shredder. Many other moves are much better than Qc7?! After Bxf6 White had been good advantage! In my own games on playchess, with the same variant, I had often a good advantage with white pieces (with my only core 2 duo) against stronger hardware. That says all!

It is bizarre that the WCCC does not have a website with real time game play and final standings!

Re: WCCC underway
At time Blitz Tournament is running!
Leader at moment is Jonny with a win against Rondo.
In first round Rybka-cluster crashed, with a Mate in 12 against Rondo, and Rondo won the game on time.
We will now see who will be the Blitz WCCC 2010?

So Zach, will Rondo become commercial after the WCCC, or is it going to remain private? It had better not remain private.
