Hi all,
I am reading without understanding much from this thread, I am puzzled... :difus_8 Can somebody kindly tell me what the objective of these tests is?
Eventually, is there a useful conclusion as an outcome?
Thanks!

Why did the game end so quickly? Because in chessbase when I accidentally turn the mouse wheel the engines stop playing so I decided to predict the victory myself (you can see from the engines' evaluation that the victory goes to white's advantage)

Hi, thanks for the feedback. I did see this post but it didn't look that conclusive to my understanding: different settings provide different behaviors, yes I can see that. So what? It was to be expected.

Oh, I think I see your point now: test1a settings shouldn't be used for serious games, correct?

I didn't run the test, I didn't want to install a new engine just for that. Nonetheless interested, for my understanding... thanks again.
Regards,
Tibono

No problem, other members were kind enough to do the tests to better enlighten the chess community.
There was no need to install anything, just run the downloaded engine...
