The next match in the CEDR CUP 10/2024 was very close. The Berserk 13 engine won in overtime against the Viridithas 15.0.0 engine. We are posting the only winning game at the bottom of the page.

TomitankChess 5.1win Lucas Amateur Test by CEDR

This small tournament is not only a test of engines but also of the Lucas Chess GUI. The TomitankChess 5.1 engine won, the second place was taken by the "reference engine" Rhetoric 1.4.3 which is already 9 years old.
3rd place for the Tcheran 4.0 engine.

Private19sf wins TOP Engines Tournament, by Chess Engines Diary, 2024.10.21

26 very strong chess engines and 1300 games played is our next test tournament. The Private19sf engine won, the Stockfish 17 engine came in 2nd and the HypnoS 220824bis engine came in 3rd.
The Rebel-EAS 2.0 engine made a good debut.
More tests are underway, results will be posted on the website soon.

Another big tournament of new versions of chess engines. 32 engines played, almost 1000 games played. Places 1.3 with the same number of points were taken by engines: Yuliana 5.0, Stockfish 20241012 and SF-PRO 18.09.2024.
