Actually I have OPTIMUS 2409, I mean much newer, but still private...and
Currently including yours plus OPTIMUS 2409 are players in Medium SIZE CS....

One on one play is very different to playing against all that is why a book make champ or not,Many points can slip against others and time control cores ect.

To really know if the Sail was good enough it would of needed to compete in the full arena just my thoughts.

Agreed... e.g vs 1 or vs 2 or vs 3 etc. is much different and easier
Than playing vs many many book players, which prefer various lines...

And as most important, for mostly entries:
I prefer without GUIDE (NON-NN ASSISTANCE)

indeed one on one is different. in many books such as a tour. other books that can't handle mine grab points on other books.

So it is better idea if both to be in battle in SIZE CS )

On inspection of the losses in his book appears most were in a bad line of the ruy lopez fixing that line would reduce the losses by a huge margin

Oh yes... mainly Sailfish 3's wins came via C65
