The SF-PRO 26.06.2024 chess engine emerged victorious in a major tournament featuring new versions of chess engines. Currently, this engine is exclusively accessible to our testers.
Securing second place was the Marauders 3.6 engine, followed by the Brainlearn 28.1 engine in third place.
In the category of mid-range engines, the newly released PlentyChess 2.0.0 showed a strong performance.

This tournament was a substantial test for mid-range chess engines, encompassing 1,404 games. Dragon 3.3 and Obsidian dev-12.29 secured the first and second places, respectively, while Berserk 13 landed in third place.

The inaugural Test Tournament for new chess engines in July saw Stockfish dev-20240623 Xoto 10 and CorChess 20240627 clinching the first and second spots, respectively. The third to sixth places were occupied by Stockfish dev-20240623 Ivec, Killfish 150624, HypnoS 220624, and Beast 15 MPV. Notably, the Stormphrax 5.0.0 engine performed commendably among the less dominant chess engines.

We have conducted another tournament featuring new versions of chess engines for your evaluation. The victor of this tournament was the Stockfish dev-20240623 Xoto10 engine. Tied for second to fourth places were three engines: Sun 15 MPV, Stockfish dev-20240623 Shawn Xu, and Yuli GM Pro 16. The official version of Stockfish 16.1 secured the 10th place, demonstrating that the new developer versions exhibit stronger play.

This is another large tournament in which the strongest chess engines competed. The winner was the new version of the CorChess 20240618 engine.
2nd SF-PRO14.06.2024 engine (available for our testers).
Place 3 and 4 Stockfish 20240623 Ivec and Raid 3.6 TR engines.

Stockfish 16.1 - official version, in a distant place.

The new Best Chess Engines Test Tournament was won by Stockfish 24062309 Shawn Xu. Two engines share 2-3 place: HypnoS 220624 and Killfish 280624. The largest increase in the ranking was recorded by the Clarity 7.1.0 engine, which gained +75 points.

Another big tournament of new versions of chess engines. Won by Stockfish 20240623 Ivec. In second place is the new Yuliana 5.0 engine - it is currently only available to our testers.
3rd and 4th place was taken by SF PB 120624 and Kookaburra 3.00 engines.
The Spaghet MariNNara 1.0 engine made a great debut!

Avery large tournament, over 1,400 games played. Mid-range chess engines played. 1st and 2nd place was shared by the following engines: Berserk 13 and Obsidian 13.0. The following engines took places 3-5 with the same number of points: PlentyChess 2.0.0, RubiChess 20240112 and Ethereal 14.25.

Another tournament of new versions of chess engines, in which we see a mixture of very strong and weak engines. The JigSaw 5.9 engine won. In second place was CorChess 20240627. The shared 3-4th place was taken by Stockfish 16.1 and SF-PRO 26/06/2024 engines.

The tournament of new versions of chess engines for AMD Ryzen 9 6900HX was won by the Yuliana 5.0 engine with a large advantage. This engine is only available to our testers for now. Places 2 and 3 were taken by Kookaburra 3.00 and SF-PRO 14.06.2024 engines.
