Yes...and unfortunately,
Mr. Anton Ces seems to be right..a garbage book for sure
Not via comments, papers etc. of course..but via facts..!

I made the serious mistake of uploading it to the server, when Deeds published it, it is a big book without a doubt, but with terrible "holes"... I have it in my collection of bin books, but I do not recommend it. It is not tuned, it just has a lot of games added, you can check it in Scid vs PC GUI.
