Does your program not have a tool to defragment the experience file?

No. Self Learning in Sun 1.0 and 1.1 is by Marco Zerbinati.

You can use this SugaR AI Special Version for defragmentation:
https://pixeldrain.com/u/BgjhRtAM

There is also a link to SugaR AI on my homepage, along with a comment. Why don't you read the text there? I wrote:
27. August 2023: Sun 1.0 is a UCI Engine based on Stockfish-CorChess with Self Learning by Sugar AI & Eman. Patch until "Play turbulent when defending, simpler when attacking". Features: Self Learning as Sun.exp (can be renamed), CTG/Polyglot Books, MinimumThinkingTime. External network. Learning file can be edited (merged or defragmented) with the Sugar AI Experience Tool, many thanks to Marco Zerbinati.

Please also read the text to the engine in the future, thank you!
Peace be with you!

Sun Engine released:

The Sun engine is made for long analysis and correspondence chess. But you can also be successful on the server playchess.com

05. Sep 2023: Sun 1.0 wins Best EnginesTournament at Chess Engines Diary:

EDIOT Sun, Light, Ediot Attack, Smile (about your little dick) are simple renames of Stockfish, then if your random changes don't compromise Classical code, at best your engines are a Stockfish making random blunders.

What nonsense, are you drunk? :o These are all private engines and I don't share any source code. So you can't know what I implemented. You're just speculating. In the chat on PlayChess, your engine is associated with Engine Raid. You should be a pure cloner, that's not my statement but from other people I don't know.

Keep it up...Raid-Cloner
Peace be with you!

PlayChess.com Live: It's not easy to top cheaters (ASROCK). Nevertheless, my tester just managed to do this with Sun 6.1: 8-)
