Now, when you activate "best move book" (in the experience parameters), you will notice that the experience file grows, it actually fills with already learned moves, you are not adding training (you are not really learning), because the file of experience must be subjected to each opening more than 500 times to find the most compelling answer.
Interesting...and good to know..

Btw, about training more than 500 times (each opening),
Not possible under current SCCT Duel IV's conditions,
Since all opening books are private )

However, SpecTral and now TACTICAL and Cool Iris come by default in "training" mode. It is a matter of getting used to modifying the parameters of the experience and being patient in training (It takes time, but it will undoubtedly have a very solid opening book). On the other hand, SpecTral's experience file is still small and lacks a lot, however the results are fantastic against the static opening books, because with its results, I have another tool with which I will continue training SpecTral.
Well, in other words,

When you will be ready...with newer Exp...
Will be my pleasure to run another new Duel!

But not nowadays...but after 3-4 weeks..why not ?

And what is your opinion ?)

Take the 20 most used openings in the private books and train the engine against each one, at least 500 times, with the computing power you have you can create a "training farm" in cutechess-cli and it will generate a very solid experience in at least 20 openings (the most notable in the static books) in a very short time. My experience file has taken me a month (And, I repeat, on the playchess server it has been very gratifying) And I've only been training for a month and I'm using a weak iCore 3!!!

By the way, I don't use arenachess, just Fritz and cutechess. With your computing power you will be able to generate a magnificent file of experience!!!

I accept the challenge, to make this before Christmas, with the games provided from the tour vs opening books, you have given me a good source of information on the "still" weaknesses in the experience file. But now I know where it is weak and it is a matter of focusing on the defeats and training the engine. (A month sounds like a plan to me, I'm okay).

Best regards.

And last but not least, DO NOT add pgns to the file and DO NOT merge it with other experience files (from other engines or users), that does not help and will very likely weaken your experience file.

Yes agreed..on this tournament machine,
Not only powerful exp files but also
Quite strong books may created as well..

But since I am as neutrsl T.D, no such plans )

About my used frequent chess GUIs,
Mostly of my recent tours under Cutechess

On other hand,
Nowadays, rarely I use Arena Chess GUI,
E.g I use it just mainly to check settings etc.
Plus sometimes I use it for Auto232 matches

About Fritz GUI,
I used it quite frequent till 2022, but since
2x EPYC 7B12, I switched to Cutechess GUI, as
Reason no concurent options..but I agree that
A very good, stable GUI..with many options..
Actually same words are going for Arena GUI too

About your CPU machine,
Don't worry..it seems you need some time...but
It all depends on you..when your exp will be ready...
Just let Me know please...

Btw,
Recently I received (by Mr. Jordi) a new Eman Exp
And now I am thinking...how to solve this issue )
You know..I don't want to make double standards,
So very likely, I hope to run another new Duel, but
As next Eman exp will be in fight vs Opening books

In other words,
ah Anton, Anton, Anton..you are as main reason that
I can not leave running all these interesting EXP Duels ))

Greetings )
