Well... It doesnt make much sense / a big change but it is fine I guess. I hope people dont get confused and think that because of this change they can use eman / sugar like experience files with BrainLearn or ShashChess

Good point...No you can not use SugaR, Eman exp files.

Is there any difference between BrainLearn and ShashChess (also with other derivatives with .exp files) in searching algorithm ?

The learning code is different for ShashChess / BrainLearn like engines compared to Eman / SugaR ones.
