I'm looking for some skilled programmers to share some ideas with. To build some tools to easy make repertoires for over the board games. Because I think this is a big gap in the marked.

Building a repertoire using computers is a difficult problem.
You could, of course, go by popularity. But those are the openings which have already been studied to death.
You could go for novelty, but everyone gets bored of novelty eventually and novelty is usually novel for a reason - those openings are not very good.
You could just load the ECO or MCO database, but then, where is the value added in that.
I think what you want to do (to make it useful) would be incredibly difficult to design and program.
