Which engines except Rybka 4.1 does have that feature ?

Zappa Mexico II (By Default)
Stockfish (The PA / Gran2 series)
Naum (PreserveHash option)
Shredder (By definition, long term learning is also short term)

Basically, your question is "What engines are good at backward analysis?"
