Ah, I remember that was my pet line at one point, until someone played a single black line up to draw and I couldn't find any improvement.

Something like:

1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. Bc4 Nf6 4. Ng5 d5 5. exd5 Nxd5 6. Nxf7 Kxf7 7. Qf3+ Ke6 8. Nc3 Ncb4 9. Bb3 c6 10. a3 Na6 11. Nxd5 cxd5 12. d4 Be7 (with the idea of Rf8).

I actually found more success with the previously discussed Lolli, my opponents had a harder time finding the right moves OTB.

You might give 9. O-O a look, I've found it to be more promising than Bb3 thus far...

Thanks, and nice! After O-O the positions seem more poisonous for black, and from a brief look at it, I would indeed be scared to play it, I also doubt opponents would find the right moves OTB as easily as against Bb3, I ought to try it when I have the chance.

Anyway, I bypass the insanity with 3...Bc5 as I have a good record against the Evans and there's nothing to fear in the Guioco.

I also switched to 3..Bc5 and stopped playing the 2 Knights defense because of these gambits.I have found the main line Guico Piano easy to deal with and the Evans also easy to deal with..
