Stockfish 1.9.1 bug fix release for Chess960

This is just a bug fix release to restore chess960 support under some GUIs.

There is NO functional change and NO speed change, so absolutely NO
ELO change from 1.9 and people that has already tested 1.9 could
safely keep test results when swithcing to 1.9.1.

OK, but the 32-Bit EXE is much smaller (now only 202 kb) then 1.9!
