Opening books for Arena (abk)

I use Perfect2023 opening book, is it the latest one around? Get lots of draws on it, anything better perhaps out there? Been a few years since I played. Any help will be highly appreciated

Is there a way to create abk books for Arena either by converting .ctg books from Fritz or converting pgn files?
