Anyone can create their own Final and BoSS.bin but i recommend you use strong books such as AdrianOliva, Optimus, etc
i use my two private books Haze_TR and MegaTron
Final.bin and Boss.bin can be any book you just rename them that way and put in the same folder as the engine.
Therefore theres no OFFICIAL FINAL/BOSS BOOKS
