I already know the author and he already gave me this useless old engine.
Do you know how many updates have come from stockfish after that was released.
He gave me the source code without Makefile. Being polite I would be if he shared his latest updated engine.
He wants to gain a good name so he shares his old no use piranha engine.
If you want me to use words like Please or kindly please or thank you post then he must deserve it.
piranha is just version 15.1 which means its aligned to stockfish 15.1 you can see how old it is. Even he wont use it.

It's not nice what AlexChess is doing. The source code is from December 2022. The makefile file is actually missing. Normally this file is included with every Stockfish source code download. It is now August 2023.

A lot has happened at Stockfish since December 2022. There are many new SF networks. The new networks were also compressed.

Alexchess probably just wants to advertise his newer projects that have to be paid for or donated to get them. Disgust with such an old version here, oh no thanks!

This is probably also the reason why the ProteusSF testers only use CherryPicking and Elo Posing on the servers. They don't care about our game of chess, but only about showing off, to deceive people with stolen Elo points. What AlexChess does is not serious. The fact that he also removed the makefile from the source code (it is required for compiling) is the lowest level, no, it is not a level at all.
