is there anyway to make a ctg book file into a bin book file?

Hi,
You have JJA tool.
Can convert CTG to BIN and lots of more :
PGN generation from all supported
opening book formats ("abk", "bin", "ctg", "exp", "obk")
BIN generation from PGN
ABK generation from CTG
EPD generation from PGN etc.

The jja-0.7.0 exe file won't boot up is that the right file or am i doing something wrong?

That is the right file... you dont double click the file, it is a command line program

I don't know how to run this or even make it work i have the jja-0.8.0.exe file and the jja-0.8.0.exe.sha512sum file and the jja-0.8.0.exe.sha512sum.asc file but when i run the jja-0.8.0.exe file nothing happens i have no clue on how to install this

As I just said, you DO NOT DOUBLE CLICK the file but instead go in the command prompt and cd to the directory, run it from THERE
