search polyglot chess books for chess frontend (blind user)

Hello,
i develop a chess frontend for blind people under Linux.
It has an optimized character interface and can speak.
Minimum requirement is a normal console/terminal.
Supported are UCI-engines, since i use the polyglot adapter.
It is developed as a Ruby gem and will be released under GPL v3.
I search polyglot opening books and like to ask you, if you can send me
one or the download link together with a few words which confirm that you
own the rights and that you give me the permission to release it together with
my gem.
If you send a book/link, i will put your answer into the gem for
documentation purposes.
It would be nice if you can give me some information about the book(s):
- author name
- year
- average ELO
- average halfmoves
- halfmoves
- purpose of the book
- best used with which engine(s)
- recommended name
- recommended short name
I will shorten the information to about one line for each book.
The information will be available in the frontend.
Thank you for your effort.
Kind regards
Michael Arlt
