Belc - GUI for BayesElo

Hi,
As with CuGen, I thought I'd make another small utility GUI I use in testing available for download. It's called Belc, and it has one simple use - you select whatever .pgn files you want ratings for, and press a button. Belc then makes a script file, and runs bayeselo, spitting out the results in your specified folder.
It's not much, but it sped things up a little.
