Chess for Android board color

Hi Aart,
would You please help in changing the board color of CFA so, that the dark fields are a lot brighter.
e.g. white and light-grey or even better white and light-light grey

Hi Wooh,
Under Menu->Options->Board Color you will find several optional board colors, including white-grey. Or are you saying you want yet another color as option? (if so, can you send me RGB definitions of something you like; some chess games make the squares RGB configurable, but I took the simple approach
)

I am looking for FFCCCCCC for the dark fields
and FF000000 for the light fields - this works very well
as eye-pleasant when playing

I hope this does not open a floodgate of RGB requests, but I have added your color as light-grey in the board color options. Expect this in 3.0 (coming very soon!).

Hi Aart,
thank you very much for fast response. CFA 3 runs fine.
in case of numerous color questions please forward these to me, i will forward these to Droidfish,
where the user can adjust all colors in 1 bit steps - millions of possibilities.

no no this impression is absolutely not there - a single color is totally OK

Here is how the light grey board looks:
