Leela nets have nothing to do with Stockfish NNUE nets.

There are also disadvantages with small networks, here is an example:
r1n2N1k/2n2K1p/3pp3/5Pp1/b5R1/8/1PPP4/8 w - - 0 1
Analysis by Light 15 dual NNUE:
1.Nxe6 Nxe6 2.Kxe6 Bxc2 3.Kf6 d5 4.Rxg5 Nd6 5.Rg4 Re8 6.Rd4 Be4 7.b3 Nxf5 8.Ra4 Ng3 9.d3 Bxd3 10.Kg5 Nf5 11.b4 Rf8 12.b5 d4 13. b6
-+ (-5.85) Depth: 27/43 00:00:24 197MN, tb=375228
Black is clearly winning
Big Network only find 1.Ng6+! (0.00) immediately, with dual NNUE (the small NNUE works here) the engine needs longer to find Ng6+.
Peace be with you!
