Sometimes between 2 official releases of an engine we can find some unofficial versions which are just for tests and see the latest changes of source code in engine performance. This clover 6.1.19 is one of those unofficial releases which is passing tests in chess engines diary tournaments. I found the link there. But If you are interested in Clover engine I recommend you use this version instead of Clover 6.1. This version is stronger and also much more improved.
Best regards
Thanks ++
