Houdini 1.03a - Chessbase sluggish in analysis

I find Chessbase 10 sometimes slow to respond to moves made while Houdini is analysing. It can be a couple of seconds before the move is made.

Does anyone else have this problem? Is it a polling issue with Houdini?
