Honey 14.1

For those who are testing... Honey 14.1 an engine that I dusted off yesterday for my own tests in engine vs engine in cutechee-cli, it is still very strong and is already more than a year old, I do not have the src and according to my memory, it was a compilation made by Massimiliano Goi, so I leave the engine to the testers for their private or public tests, It's worth it.

I do not place the src because I do not have it, but the WINRAR contains binaries for avx2, bmi2 and modern.
