For which one? gui12 dls here fine. You might need to reset your browser cache or something.

Yepp, but be carefull. there was one from (Aug 10 2011) this version was later gone, yesterday was 404 not found, and today there is one from (Aug 12 2011) File Ver 12.23.0.0 with 32,2 MB. Maybe 1. was corrupt.
