nTCEC Season 1 – Stage 4 starts Saturday April 13th at 17:00 UTC+2.
Stage 4 is a hexa Round Robin consisting of 4 chess engines, with a total of 36 games.
Each engine pair will play both sides of the openings, that are chosen by the nTCEC community.
The top 2 will move on to the Superfinal, while those finishing 3-4 are out of nTCEC for the current Season.
The Superfinal will start 3-4 days after Stage 4 is finished.
The list of participants for Stage 4, in seed order:
Houdini, Stockfish, Rybka and Komodo.
nTCEC is using 150m + 60s per move for the whole game, running on a dual Intel Xeon E5-2689 @ 3300 MHz.
Up to 16 cores can be used for engines capable of MP.
