No , Mr. Sedat. wining against a +3000 elo engine is impossible. I could never make it in my life . But when you play against an engine on Fritz GUI and in "opening training mode" sometimes in some variations there is a chance for draw . even against the stockfish engine. For example this is what Crystal7 CMB played against me a few days ego with white and in Ruy lopez/old steinitz Defence :

1-e4,e5 2- Nf3, Nc6 3-Fb5,d6 4-d4,exd4 5-Qxd4,Nge7 6-Bg5,a6 7-Bxc6+,Nxc6 8-Bxd8, Nxd4 9-Nxd4 ,Kxd8............

What do you think about this position as a chess player, Mr. Sedat ? I tell you Even a chess player with 2200 elo can handle this position to end and make a draw with crystal no need to be a genius , although crystal is a stockfish derivatives and much stronger than any human chess player. it,s possible because the game was played in 'opening training mode" . otherwise Crystal never chooses this variant and never give you this simple chance for playing for draw. I hope this simple example could help .

Best regards

Hello Mr. Homayoun,

Actually there is nothing impossible...as I said before:
Just it is needed to be studied the engines weaknesses!

E.g there are many games played out, where sometimes
The Top chess engines are playing critical, weak moves...

In other words,
it all depends on our used test conditions...
Bullet, Blitz time control is recommended, e.g with
Slower TC.. The situation may be different..
You know, more time means more strength!

And in my opinion, how to do archive this:
It's required to check carefully and study these lost games!
And the most important, all engine weakness have to memorize...

Sure, in most cases, I expect that
Humans will lose...but I am pretty sure too,
Sooner or later...some strong Human players may get wins!
And I'm referring about wins over 3000+ Elo chess engines!

About your recent shared opening moves,
Frankly it seems to be unusual opening line!
And I think that in case of test with 3700+ engines,
Almost all of the games may be ended as draw!
To be more clear, a test with 3700+ each other..

Greetings

Breaking News (24.11.2023):
Another new championship organized..congrats and BIG thanks to all authors!
Be aware that all the participants are started without any pre-learned exp..
Yes Mr. Nemerth's engine (SunLight) managed to be again Champ, impressive!
For anyone missed, the same SunLight vers is already 2 (two) times as Champ,
Where 2nd + 3rd rank are going to Mr. Ramz's engines (Patzer, AWOL), great!
One of former Champions by Mr. Ces (Tactical 281023) performed as 4th.rank
Sure exc Tactical engine KillFish and Corchess are performed 4th too, nice!
Note: A new MP + Blitz tour (with current 6 high-ranked players) very soon!

Hi Mr. Sedat
Although when I say it is impossible, I mean impossible for a player at my level. I learned chess game when I was 6 years old. But I didn't have a PC computer until I was 19-20 years old. Now a days we see the new generation ,who are very talented, they grow in computer era. They start chess and practicing with chess programs as they are children. Even the way of their thinking and speed of calculation are completely different form the top players and grandmasters of our generation. May be in future one of these prodigies will be able to win a 3000+ elo engine.
Best regards

Agreed with you Mr. Homayoun ...

Just I'd like to add,
E.g there are such very critical weak opening positions,
Where I assume well-experienced, strong human players will be
Able to beat many Top engines even the 3500+ Elo ones !!

I know some of these weak lines...just it is required to memorize..
No more no less...after all, the reason will be the weak opening...
But win is win..right ? )

I agree with you. Now that you mentioned to this , I want to add, it’s a period of time that I am working on stockfish and stockfish family engines weaknesses in opening lines too. I know some of them either . For example in Benoni defence four pawns and some other openings. May be I start to publish them on general topics as I complete my work. It is very interesting that you have a similar attitude like me.
Best regards
