Is the Diagram TT USCF chess font free???

Roughly a couple of years ago (I can't remember exactly how long ago), I downloaded a chess font called DiagramTTUSCF (true type) from a site.
This font might be known by other names to others. Does anyone knows if this particular chess font is free and/or freeware?
If not, I'll have to delete it from my PC. If it is free, I'll appreciate a link to the site having this particular font, as confirmation.
My OS: Windows 7. 64-bit.
