lol yeah I notice optical character recognition hasn't got *too* much better in the last few years, I guess much like voice recognition this is an exponential curve when it comes to developing accurate technology. Or you could try some sneaky stenography, where the text in the image isn't actually the message and you whack a few bytes in the header of the image file.

Jokes aside I'd say learn how to use PGP in emails, personally for instant messaging I use 256 bit AES.
