Solution:

72. Rd2?
72. Rh2! Kh4 73. Kf4! Ng8 74. Rd2! Nh6 (74... Nf6 75. Ke3! +- ) 75. Re2 (75. Ra2 ) (75. Rb2 ) (75. Rc2 ) 75... Nf7 76. Re7 Ng5 77. Re8 Nf7 (77... Kh5 78. Kf5 Nh7 79. Re7 Kh6 80. f4 +- ) 78. Rf8 Nh6 79. Rh8 Kh5 80. Kg3 +-
72... Kg5 = 73. f4+ Kh4 74. Kf3 Ng4 75. Ra2 Nf6 76. Ra6 h2 77. Kg2 Nd5 1/2-1/2

Something I'm missing here. Rd2 and Rh2 are both not legal moves in the diagrammed position.

The solution is for the first position inspired by the second.
And now here’s the position Gelfand showed to Carlsen last week: Inspired by Gelfand-Wang Yue Russian Team Ch 2010"
