I am sorry to do this in this manner, but I need to contact the Administrator of the Rybka Forum, and the Info page lists as "Dadi Jonsson", but the link simply says "Access Denied". Entering this name into a search engine also turns up empty. Does anyone have contact info for him?

I don't, but I sent him a PM via the Rybkaforum, asking for his info. I'll forward it to you if he responds.
