QUESTIONS: HP Slate - tablet PC

Hello group,

Pertaining to the Hewlett Packard manufactured HP Slate, tablet/pad to be released in October 2010:

I notice it has two USB ports and is running on Windows 7.

Questions:

1. Will I be able to load on Chessbase software; i.e. Windows friendly computer software applications, Fritz, Winboard, UCI engines, etc.?

2. What do you feel are the weaknesses in the HP Slate?

3. Is there a better tablet/pad going to be available in the near future?
