the Biggest news in computer chess recently has been V. Rajlich coming back with fritz 15 (ChessBase), as announced on Koch media.
the news has not reached here, and is now shut down on talkchess.
This was done by Fabien Letouzey of all people, claiming it over flowed 32 bits.
with the statue of limitations over on fruit, why is he complaining?

He locked the thread because it was becoming a flame-fest.

Re: vas comeback shut down?
If you examine the posts in the thread that shut down, it appears to me that the majority were complaining about Vas.
Fabian is a fair person, and I think he just wanted some peace and quiet, like every other moderator does. He certainly was not trying to protect himself, in my opinion.
I think that there is a special forum on CCC for slinging mud back and forth (which certainly can be fun, I will admit).
And everyone who likes computer chess has heard about Vas and Chessbase.
I hope that he does well.
I think you will also find that Robert Hyatt will be nice to him if he does come back. Just a theory of mine, but I have little empirical evidence for it.
