I recently rediscovered my copy of Chessbase 9 cannot directly read EPD files. Can you imagine not being able to directly read chess position files with various problems you store for further analysis?! That's crazy. And guess what? I was forced to use SCID, the free program to read the EPD files. Only after doing this was I able to copy and paste the positions into Chessbase.
So, just wondering out there...anybody know if the new Chessbase 10 or whatever is the newest version is able to directly read chess position files usually named in EPD format?
