Where is the Winboard 4.5 ini file?

I've installed the new Winboard 4.5 program and now I'm trying to configure it to accept Winboard engines to play against. The problem is I'm using Windows 7 64 bit edition. I can't seem to find the folder which is keeping the "volatile" Winboard settings that I can configure. I tried editing the master Winboard ini settings that came with the folder I installed the program with...but when I try locating the engine from the list...it's not there. Anybody know where I can find this file and where it's located? Thanks in advance.
