there are enough rating lists. we don't need another one. the elo ratings are not more precise if we get another rating list.

No but it might give people a pretty good "idea".

Something simpler could be done. Pick a list (CCRL,other), and only test the "missing" engines against some reference engines on those lists under their EXACT same conditions, then "insert" their placement into an all inclusive list.
